How to Make a Tattoo Appointment
Making an appointment for a tattoo is very straight forward, here is a quick step by step for anyone who would like to book a tattoo with us!
Before making the appointment:
When making an appointment for a tattoo, the best option is to email us at info@gwansoonleetattoo.com prior to the appointment and send:
Your full name
A reference/inspiration photo of what you would like to get
Placement on your body
Size of it on your body, in inches
Black and grey or colour
A call back number
With all this information, we are then able to send you an estimated quote on how much your tattoo will cost, depending on the final size and detailing. After that, you can give us a call or we will give you a call and we can set you up for your tattoo appointment!
Large tattoos:
For large tattoos such as full sleeves, large thigh and back pieces, making the appointment is the exact same thing as mentioned before, but because it is a much larger piece booking a consultation is recommended. Consultations usually take around 10-20 minutes, depending on how big the tattoo is. Consultations are to measure your body and plan out the design/layout of your tattoo. It also helps you prepare your tattoo so that when you do come in for the appointment, you’re all set to go!
*Please be aware that we do not start the design process until you have booked a day to begin your tattoo and have submitted the deposit.*
Deposit:
After we book you in, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit is $50+ which goes towards the final price of the tattoo and it is non-refundable. Unfortunately, if you are unable to send the deposit, we can not guarantee your spot will be secured as someone else may be booked over your appointment.

After Booking Appointment:
After you’ve scheduled your appointment with us, please make sure you quickly write it down in your calendar so you don’t forget about us! We will give you a call to confirm the day before so keep an ear out for that as well!
